Step 1: Remove the Bobbin Cover
- Slide the latch to the right
- Remove the bobbin cover and set it aside for later use
Step 2: Insert the Bobbin

- Place the bobbin into the bobbin case, making sure the thread is still positioned in a counterclockwise direction

- Follow the arrows to guide the thread around the thread guide
Step 3: Check and Finish
- Gently pull the thread to make sure it moves smoothly

- Trim off any excess thread

- Reattach the bobbin cover

At this point, the bobbin installation is complete.
Thread the Upper Thread
For this step, it’s recommended to use cotton thread specifically for sewing. Regular embroidery thread is not suitable for the sewing function.
Step 1: Place the Spool
- Place the thread spool on the spool holder
- Secure it with the spool cap
Step 2: Start Threading (Critical Step)
⚠️ Before threading, make sure to lift the presser foot—this is very important.

- Pass the thread through the top hook

- Pull the thread downward and slip it into the center between the two metal tension discs

- Guide the thread downward along the groove

- Lower the presser foot to secure the thread
Step 3: Complete the Upper Thread Path
- Pull the thread upward along the thread path, going around the U-shaped curve

- Continue threading through the elastic hook
- Open the front cover for a clearer view of the threading path

- Pull the thread downward again and pass it through the hook

- Gently pull the thread to make sure it moves smoothly without any snags
Automatic Needle Threading
Now, let’s move on to the needle threading step.

- Using the Automatic Needle Threader
If it’s not at the top, double-click the button to raise itMake sure the needle is at its highest position

- Press the automatic needle threader down to its lowest position

- Make sure the small hook on the needle threader goes through the needle eye and catches the thread
- Release the automatic needle threader to complete the threading
Alternative Method (Optional)
- You can also thread the needle manually
- Use tweezers to pull the thread through, which helps protect your fingers

After threading:
- Trim any excess thread ⚠️ Threads that are too long may affect thread tension

At this point, all the basic setup steps are complete.
