Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Event Dates & How to Purchase

• The event runs from November 10 through December 1, 2026. The exact end time is shown on the event page.
• Two mystery box price tiers are available: $39.99 and $79.99.
• All mystery boxes may be purchased separately. No embroidery machine or other product purchase is required.
• Each box contains one item or one combination of embroidery supplies. The specific contents are randomly assigned.

2. Selecting Your Machine Type

Before purchasing, please select the appropriate box type for your embroidery machine:

• Single-Needle: EOC03 / EOC05 / EOC06 / EOC07
• Multi-Needle: EOM / EOV / EOX
• Each box type may include bobbins, embroidery needles, and other supplies intended for the corresponding machines.
• Please select based on your actual machine model. Certain specialized supplies may have additional model or specification requirements. If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact customer support before purchasing.

3. Random Selection & Box Contents

• Contents are randomly selected from a preset product pool for the corresponding price tier and machine type.
• Requests to select, exclude, or swap specific products, colors, specifications, or styles are not accepted.
• Embroidery thread colors, bobbin colors, 3D puff foam colors, needle sizes, and other variations may differ depending on available inventory.
• Product images are for reference only and do not mean that every box includes all items shown.
• Purchasing multiple boxes in the same order may result in identical or similar items or combinations. Different contents are not guaranteed.

4. Product Value & Inventory Substitutions

• The total reference retail value of the products in each box will be at least equal to the purchase price of that box.
• Product values are calculated using the applicable individual retail prices listed at PooLin Store, excluding shipping and tax.
• Mystery box combinations are prepared in advance by PooLin Store and randomly assigned from combinations that meet the requirements of the corresponding price tier.
• If an item becomes unavailable, PooLin Store may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value that is compatible with the corresponding machine type.
• No substitution will reduce the promised item quantity, minimum retail value, or compatibility standards.

5. Promotions & Discount Restrictions

• Mystery boxes are sold at the fixed prices shown on the event page and are excluded from additional promotions and discounts, including Black Friday multi-item supplies discounts and other discount codes.
• Mystery boxes do not count toward the item quantity required to qualify for multi-item supplies discounts.
• If other products are purchased in the same order, eligible products may still receive their applicable offers under the relevant promotion terms.

6. Shipping & Availability

• Quantities are limited for each mystery box tier. Available while supplies last.
• Mystery boxes may be purchased separately or together with other products.
• Mystery boxes may ship separately from other items in the same order.
• Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final order total are shown at checkout.
• If we are unable to fulfill an order due to inventory issues or other reasons attributable to PooLin Store, we will contact the customer and arrange a resolution under the applicable policies.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Support

Because mystery box contents are randomly assigned, returns or exchanges of the box contents are not accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality, including personal preferences, not receiving an expected item, color preferences, or duplicate contents.

This restriction does not apply in the following circumstances:

• An item has a confirmed quality issue.
• An item is damaged in transit.
• An incorrect item is received or an item is missing.
• The contents do not meet the item quantity or minimum retail value expressly promised on the product page.
• Any other circumstances in which a remedy is required by applicable law.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact PooLin Store customer support with your order number and relevant photos or videos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Requests to cancel an unshipped order for personal reasons will be handled in accordance with PooLin Store’s current refund policy and applicable law.

8. Additional Terms

• PooLin Store may adjust the contents of unsold mystery boxes based on inventory, shipping, or operational needs. These adjustments will not reduce the minimum product value or other material purchase rights already promised to customers.

These terms apply together with PooLin Store’s Return & Exchange Policy. If applicable law grants consumers additional rights, those legal requirements will prevail.
