I only had a few minors issues that was my own because I am new to embroidery. I used the customer service on Facebook. Kevin Xu answered all my questions and gave me very helpful information. He even checked up with me the next day to see how it was going. Excellent customer service! Love it!

I really do love this machine! I've never embroidered anything in my life until buying this machine, and within 2 months I taught myself to digitize an image into an embroidery file! I love that the price is much more reasonable than the brother and other machines out there. When I ran into trouble updating my machine, technician Kane Gao connected with me via WhatsApp within a couple hours of me sending poolin a message for help! He helped me get everything up and going, and I'm super grateful. I'll add some photos of my meager embroideries, but remember to consider that I've never made a single embroidery two months prior to these! The frenchie one came pre-installed on the machine*

My machine arrived 2 days earlier than originally planned. I was pretty worried about damage when I picked it up from the Post Office. There was a huge gouge in the outside shipping box. The machine it's self was packed well in it's own box but inside the outside box it had a good 6 inches of space to slam around in the box. There was only one small piece of brown packing paper for cushion. By the gouge in the side of the box and how it was packed. I am surprised it even worked when I got it home. But the packing inside the box with the machine kept it safe and even with the Styrofoam inside the box being broken up the machine was safe. I had an issue with one of the hoops and Poolin shipped out a replacement immediately. I have been able to spend some time testing it and am in absolute love with this machine. The customer service has been beyond amazing- as soon as my machine arrived a team was put together to answer questions and help with anything needed to master it they are just a message away. They have checked in to see how things are going and have sent videos on how to correct the minor issues I am having with perfecting my projects. BEST after sale service I have ever had on anything I have purchased! Super easy machine to set up, easy to navigate and was sewing with in just a few minutes out of the box. It came with several spools of thread, a thread rack and several other accessories. I have no doubt I am going to be able to master this with the help of customer service helping along the way. My picture is the very first test using colors. HIGHLY recommend!
I can't recommend this machine enough!

I bought this embroidery machine to start practicing at home, and it has been easy to learn so far. It comes with all the accessories you need, which helped me start right away. The touch screen is clear, and the WiFi transfer works better than I expected. I've done a few simple designs and they came out clean once I adjusted the tension.
I added photos of my first projects in case it helps someone. Overall, very happy with it for the price.

It's a nice looking machine and came with all of the needed parts to begin embroidery immediately. Easy to use, lots of patterns included, but even the included patterns fail to lock the stitches when finishing the item or changing colors, which means they unravel far too easily.

One big negative, at least from my perspective, is that if you run out of thread, get a thread lock, or other problem, you can't pick up where you left off. That means removing all of the stitching that was previously done and starting over. Tedious, time consuming, and hard on the fabric.

Overall, I'd say it's a fairly good value and a good machine for a beginner wanting to take up machine embroidery as a hobby.

I have embroidered beautiful patches with this machine that I bought in November 2025. Their customer service team, which I contacted using data provided by Amazon, has been very helpful throughout the process. Kevin Xu is one of the representatives and was very fast, polite and helpful when I had questions about the machine. I'm really excited to continue making cute stuff.

I purchased the Poolin EOC05 for my small business and honestly, I've been beyond impressed with it so far! The setup process was incredibly beginner-friendly, and I was able to start embroidering almost straight out of the box. Everything you need to get started is included even a dust cover, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Since getting my machine, I've already created embroidered pillows, aprons, and bag tags, and the stitch quality has been beautiful and consistent across each project. I'm especially excited to continue expanding into tote bags, kitchen towels, and even more custom products for my shop.

One feature I really appreciate is the included 16GB USB drive for easy file transfers, along with the ability to connect wirelessly through InStitch for seamless communication with the machine. It makes the workflow feel modern and convenient, especially for small business owners juggling multiple projects.

For anyone considering embroidery, I genuinely think the EOC05 is a fantastic machine to grow with. The only thing I would note is that while you can absolutely embroider right away using included designs, you will still want embroidery software if you plan on creating or editing your own custom files.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and excited to keep creating with this machine. I can already tell it's going to become a huge part of my business journey!

I've had this for just over a month now and it works as it should. I did have to replace the pressure foot after about a month but I think thats more on me than the machine.Its definitely a learning curve but its fairly easy to operate if you know how to use a sewing machine.All-in-all, Im a satisfied customer. Especially since the machine comes with a help group if you can't figure something out. Super responsive customer service is always a plus in my book

I have zero embroidery experience or skill, but was able to embroider something right out of the box. I’m so impressed by the machines ease of use and also large hoop size. Other machines with hoops this big were much pricier and as a beginner, I wasn’t prepared to make a big investment yet. The Poolin eoc-005 has definitely won me over though. I especially loved all the accessories that came with the machine and the printed setup instructions. And the customer service is exceptional. I’ve actually never had customer service this good after buying a product. I tagged Poolin on my first embroidery project and they immediately reached out and offered a call with their engineer. I’ve never had a company proactively reach out to me! And today, when I had some difficulty with my next project, they immediately responded with helpful videos and asked how to help.If you’re new to embroidery, I can’t think of a better machine to start with. And if you’re more experienced, it seems like there are so many possibilities with easy design downloads and preloaded patterns.I can’t recommend this machine enough!

This is my first embroidery machine and I love it! It's been easy to figure out for the most part, and support was wonderful and quick to respond when I did have an issue. Would definitely recommend and I will be sticking to this brand for any future upgrades!

My first embroidery machine. I used it right out of the box. If I had known it was this easy I would have bought the next size up. I did have an issue hooking up to the internet but the service team promptly answered my question. It was no fault of the machine user error. I would highly recommend especially as a first machine.

The Poolin customer service team and techs are prompt to respond to inquiries. They are helpful and knowledgeable and have been able to answer my questions thoroughly. I recommend this product.

This is my 4th embroidery machine, but my first Poolin. I had a little trouble getting started with the machine, butcommunicated with Kevin in their troubleshooting department and he not only helped me get my settings correct,he also checked on my progress and my machine for the next few days. I couldn't ask for more, I am very satisfied

Like any new machine it takes a but if a learning curve. For example, I embroidered like 8 different things before I realized I'd had it thread wrong. This of course caused it to continuously jam the bobbin, but that was merely user error and easy to fix. That being said, I purchased this hoping to make sweaters for my friends, and it is performing incredibly! It's not much bigger than my regular sewing machine, which is nice. It's super easy to thread and change the bobbin (once you follow the instructions correctly haha) and the bobbin filling is a breeze! It's also really great that I can just set it to go, and read a book while it works.
I will say one thing I wasn't expecting was the need to purchase digitizing software to input my own designs. This took some researching to find one that would work. Inkscape and inkstitch are free and can be downloaded on both Mac and pc. You need both to just directly convert a photo. You will also need a file converter to make the image into an SVG file. I ended up using a program called embroideryware which is only available for PC, and takes a huge learning curve, but gives you a lot of control with your design and is the most affordable option I could find costing roughly $120. It also has great training videos in it that will help you understand how to use the software.

Anyways, TLDR: machine is great, need digitizing software for importing your own designs.
