Amazing machine. Very beginner friendly. Played with the machine for about a week now and have produced some good results for being my first time using an embroidery machine. I like that it came with a starter kit to get you started practicing immediately. I ran some practice from the designs already loaded into the machine within 30minutes of unboxing and skimming through the manual about setting up.Did not have any issues at all that wasn't an error on my part (some beginner mistakes hehe, threading and hooping and whatnot). When I did run into an issue because I threaded it without raising the presser foot, I received support really fast through their WhatsApp.So far I am having fun. Loving this machine and learning along the way. I don't know how to sew so I've yet to try the sewing function.
this is a great starter machine to learn embroidery on. i'm new to embroidery so the after market service is absolutely top notch, i��ve never had customer service like this! Any questions or concerns they will take care of it., and the sewing portion has lots of different stitches to choose from, which is more than expected, it compares to my janome in that regard.
Smooth sewing, box comes with everything you need to get started including free spools of embroidery thread and sheets of stabilizer. I got the machine out of the box and all set up in my sewing area very quickly and easily and signed up to Institch.com and wifi on machine set up and connected to Institch. The next couple of days I was doing embroidery. And I have been in contact with the company on WhatsApp getting more suggestions to get started. I have not had any issues with my machine at this point. I love that I can do either sewing or embroidery and the quality for the price. And I love the light weight of the machine and the compact size!

This company is awesome & this machine is a beast. It is sleek and not too bulky, easy to move from room to room. Threading the machine is tricky sometimes depending on thread but overall easy. Comes with everything you need to start right out of the box. Compared to other machines this 2in1 is the best price!The customer service is awesome & the facebook group is also amazing. So happy i went with this company. Very nice and will fix any problem quickly without making you feel dumb. 10/10. Will purchase more machines in the future when i��m ready to upgrade.

It was so easy to use, and the computerized touchscreen makes everything simple to navigate. The sewing and embroidery functions both work great, and I love being able to create so many different projects with one machine. Highly recommend!
