I just got this beautiful embroidery machine, I ran into a small issue, I called a technician from Poolin, And he was very patient and professional.
I have to say this machine has exceeded my expectations so far. The machine arrived very well packaged. Unboxing and set up was extremely easy. I had it set up and my first test stitch done in less than an hour. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.I joined the Facebook official user group and customer service reached out to me on their own to offer help and support if I should need it. This is top notch customer service! Well done Poolin!This is my first experience with embroidery and everything included with this machine has made it a very enjoyable experience.When the time comes for me to upgrade to a multi needle machine, Poolin is the brand I will look into first! The whole experience has me excited to get this embroidery journey started!

I just wanted to give a shout out to the wonderful customer service from Poolin. when I was having issue with my embroidery machine Luke was kind enough to help me fix my problem. Now I am using the embroidery machine with ease which I love so much right now. I love how beginner friendly it is and the stitch quality it gives. Definitely recommend as a first time user for embroidery.
This is a good machine to start out with or if you only plan to do embroidery as a hobby. Is amazing for patches or in the hoop projects. I have done a variety of projects with no problems. The Facebook group is a great resource and the admins and engineers are great at helping solve any maintenance issues or user issues. Size is great does not take up a lot of space and I personally love how big the lcd screen is.
I only had a few minors issues that was my own because I am new to embroidery. I used the customer service on Facebook. Kevin Xu answered all my questions and gave me very helpful information. He even checked up with me the next day to see how it was going. Excellent customer service! Love it!
I bought this embroidery machine to start practicing at home, and it has been easy to learn so far. It comes with all the accessories you need, which helped me start right away. The touch screen is clear, and the WiFi transfer works better than I expected. I have done a few simple designs and they came out clean once I adjusted the tension.
I added photos of my first projects in case it helps someone. Overall, very happy with it for the price.
My first embroidery machine. I used it right out of the box. If I had known it was this easy I would have bought the next size up. I did have an issue hooking up to the internet but the service team promptly answered my question. It was no fault of the machine user error. I would highly recommend especially as a first machine.
Customer service is amazing! Kane Gao helped me so much while troubleshooting my machine.. He made the process easy. The support you get when you purchase this machine is amazing! I can do so much with this machine!
I have had this for just over a month now and it works as it should. I did have to replace the pressure foot after about a month but I think thats more on me than the machine.
Its definitely a learning curve but its fairly easy to operate if you know how to use a sewing machine.
All-in-all, Im a satisfied customer. Especially since the machine comes with a help group if you can not figure something out. Super responsive customer service is always a plus in my book
I have embroidered beautiful patches with this machine . Their customer service team, which I contacted using data provided by Amazon, has been very helpful throughout the process. Kevin Xu is one of the representatives and was very fast, polite and helpful when I had questions about the machine. I'm really excited to continue making cute stuff.
We bought this machine for our daughter in law for Christmas. She had done some amazing work on it and we have planning on upgrading her a a multi needle PooLin soon. She loves it!!
The machine comes with everything shown in the picture, but I recommend getting extra needles, stabilizers, and threads so you can explore more designs. It is very easy to use, and the YouTube tutorials and official Facebook community are extremely helpful.
Embroidery does have a learning curve, so do not worry if your first project is not perfect. Once you learn the basics, you can create amazing designs, even more detailed ones like anime designs. Just make sure your design fits the hoop size for the best results.
Highly recommend for beginners who want to learn embroidery or start a small business!
I have zero embroidery experience or skill, but was able to embroider something right out of the box. I have actually never had customer service this good after buying a product. I tagged Poolin on my first embroidery project and they immediately reached out and offered a call with their engineer. I have never had a company proactively reach out to me! And today, when I had some difficulty with my next project, they immediately responded with helpful videos and asked how to help.
If you have new to embroidery, I can not think of a better machine to start with. And if you have more experienced, it seems like there are so many possibilities with easy design downloads and preloaded patterns.
I can not recommend this machine enough!
I really do love this machine! I have never embroidered anything in my life until buying this machine, and within 2 months I taught myself to digitize an image into an embroidery file! I love that the price is much more reasonable than the brother and other machines out there. When I ran into trouble updating my machine, technician Kane Gao connected with me via WhatsApp within a couple hours of me sending poolin a message for help! He helped me get everything up and going, and I am super grateful. I will add some photos of my meager embroideries, but remember to consider that I have never made a single embroidery two months prior to these! The frenchie one came pre-installed on the machine
I have only had my machine for two days, but I am very impressed! It embroiders extremely well, and now that I practiced a ton I am so excited to make more things. I did have one question, and I was able to contact a support person and got a prompt response.
I purchased the Poolin Computerized Sewing Machine and have kept it. I kept looking at this embroidery machine and decided to take the plunge and spend the money. This is just the patterns and text they included in the machine. I am brand new to embroidery and sewing and have been learning a lot. Not only is the machine great but their customer service. You have to give them time to answer your questions they will get back to you. They also have a clear YouTube videos and user manuals. I can not wait to keep experimenting with this machine. Will try to update this review as soon as I can with progress.
This company is awesome & this machine is a beast. It is sleek and not too bulky, easy to move from room to room. Threading the machine is tricky sometimes depending on thread but overall easy. Comes with everything you need to start right out of the box. Compared to other machines this 2in1 is the best price!
The customer service is awesome & the facebook group is also amazing. So happy i went with this company. Very nice and will fix any problem quickly without making you feel dumb. 10/10. Will purchase more machines in the future when i'm ready to upgrade.
This is a great machine.it sows very well i don't really like the automatic threading part of it. It's kind of a pain in the butt
I think it's easier just to thread-the-needle myself
I haven't played with all the different stitches yet. Only a couple still learning how to do the embroidery work. It looks fairly simple. But i love it.i'm glad i bought it
