I received my machine quickly after ordering. I unboxed it and got it setup quickly. I have had no problems with it. It's a good machine for the price with all of the hoops and additional items that come with it.
Machine arrived fast, customer service was great! Chris was incredibly helpful from putting the machine together to helping me with software updates. Very patient and nice, he helped me with the first steps and familiarize with the machine. Plenty of videos to get you started. Very happy with the purchase and looking forward to this embroidery journey!!
I am just learning how to embroidery and this was a big move for me. While there is a learning curve - if you are familiar with a sewing machine - you can soon get the hang of it. The couple of times I've gotten stuck I just reached out to PooLin x BAI and they were quick to respond. In addition, there are lots of helpful YouTube videos as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this.
