It's the best, for sure. i do not want you to know that lol not kidding. Hate to say this, I do not want you to know that I make a lot of money with my EOM 15, I do not want you to know at all. Cause you will compete with me. But it was honestly easy to set up and use. I suggest you buy a Poolin ECO06 to become familiar with embroidery if you never tried it before, this helped me greatly. I moved right into this 15-needle machine like it was nothing. I make something every day and the support is second to none. If you need more help I stated a Facebook group called Poolin EOM 15 for extra help and support. Again, I do not want you to know this the price is too inexpensive compared to what you it's crazy cheap.

Great machine for the price! Having no experience with a multi-needle machine, I was hesitant. But I have 2 other Poolin single-needle embroidery machines (EOC05 and EOC06), so I knew the support from Poolin was top notch. I was not disappointed. After one week of practice, learning and mostly user error, and with the tremendous and patient support from Poolin, I was up and running full speed. The stitching is perfect. It is a large machine, so it definitely needs a dedicated space, but it is smaller than most other multi-needle machines. I can't wait to try caps!

Great machine great price point I started my embroidery journey with a poolin 06, and quickly upgraded. Poolin released this new line of machines and i knew i had to get my hand on one. For 15 needles and the durability of this machine you cannot beat the price tag if you're looking to upgrade and starta big business. Poolin offers one on one support after purchasing and they also have a facebook group that allows to have a community to also help.Ihave had this machine for a few weeks now and i will say my stitches look so professional. Best Multineedles on the market! Have loved my EOM! I was so skeptical because of the price but I have truly enjoyed this machine. The customer service is top notch. They have been so helpful with the learning curve answering every question that I have. Comes with everything you need to get started. Make sure to join the Facebook group to get tech support! If I get to the point of having to purchase another multineedles I will absolutely go with Poolin again hands down!

Love this machine!

I have to say this machine has exceeded my expectations so far. The machine arrived very well packaged. Unboxing and set up was extremely easy. I had it set up and my first test stitch done in less than an hour. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.I joined the Facebook official user group and customer service reached out to me on their own to offer help and support if I should need it. This is top notch customer service! Well done Poolin!This is my first experience with embroidery and everything included with this machine has made it a very enjoyable experience.When the time comes for me to upgrade to a multi needle machine, Poolin is the brand I will look into first! The whole experience has me excited to get this embroidery journey started!

I got my EOC03 today and I absolutely love it!! The operation manual is so easy to follow and the machine is very user friendly!! I had it unboxed and first projects done within about 40 minutes!! The customer service is also so so great!! I worked with Holly Yang, Kai Tang, Kevin Xu, and Jody Wang and they even checked in today to make sure I received my machine and got it working properly! :) 10/10 recommend!!
