PooLin EOM Commercial Embroidery Machine 15-Needle Upgrade, Designed for Beginners

I absolutely LOVE this machine. I made my first project and had no broken threads but I do not like the software. It is too limited. I would like to be able to convert my images to be embroidered more easily.

This is my first embroidery machine ever. And it is so much fun. It may look intimidating at first, but don’t let that stop you. Kevin and everyone at this Poolin organization have been so helpful. They share information no matter what stage you are at. The machine came very well packaged and came lest then a week.

I truly couldn’t be happier with my Poolin EOM embroidery machine. The stitch quality has honestly exceeded my expectations, and the speed and automatic thread changes have been a huge time saver. Coming from a single-needle machine, I was worried there would be a learning curve, but it was surprisingly easy to learn. Poolin has a great library of YouTube tutorials, and their Facebook group community is incredibly helpful whenever you have questions.The only issue I experienced was that a part arrived damaged during shipping. I reached out to customer support, and they immediately sent a replacement. What impressed me even more was that they continued checking in with me almost daily to make sure everything was working properly and to see if I needed any additional help.Their customer service is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products the way Poolin does. Between the machine’s excellent stitch quality, ease of use, incredible value, and unmatched customer support, I would absolutely purchase another Poolin machine. Honestly, the customer service alone would be enough to earn my repeat business.

I had never embroidered before and found that this machine was really easy to use and stitches great! The customer service is also excellent at helping you figure out what may be wrong and checking on you to make sure everything is working great!

Great machine! Set up was easy using Poolin You Tube videos! Fast customer service from Poolin Techs! Needed a new hoop bar for my hoops to fit, received it within three days! Can not compliment this team enough!

After a lot of research, I decided to purchase the Poolin EOM 15-needle embroidery machine, and so far I couldn't be happier with my decision.I've been embroidering for many years and have experience with other multi-needle embroidery machines, so I'm reviewing this from that perspective rather than as a first-time owner. Before making this investment, I researched and compared several multi-needle machines, and I'm very happy with the decision to purchase the Poolin EOM 15.I placed my order late on Thursday, June 25, and it was delivered by Amazon on Sunday, June 28. For a machine of this size and weight, I was impressed with how quickly it arrived. It was extremely well packaged, with the controls, knobs, gauges, and other components carefully protected for shipping.Assembly was straightforward. The stand/cart was easy to put together, although lifting the machine onto the stand definitely requires two people because of its weight.I'm currently breaking the machine in following Poolin's recommendations. They provided guidance on oiling, sent me a stitch and tension test design, and even asked me to send the results so they could verify everything was performing properly. That level of follow-up and attention really impressed me.The embroidery quality has been excellent. Even simple lettering has come out crisp, clean, and professional. One thing that surprised me was how quiet the machine is. Compared to other multi-needle embroidery machines I've used over the years, the EOM runs noticeably quieter while still stitching quickly and smoothly.What has impressed me the most is Poolin's customer service. They respond quickly despite the time difference, and every question I've asked has been answered by someone who clearly knows the machine. Instead of vague responses, I've received knowledgeable explanations, practical suggestions, and genuine support. That's becoming harder and harder to find.As someone learning the EOM, I also appreciate the step-by-step tutorial videos on Poolin's YouTube channel. When I needed additional help, I reached out through Facebook Messenger and always received a prompt, helpful reply. Their Facebook community has also been a great resource.While I'm still in the break-in period and haven't yet put hundreds of hours on the machine, my first impressions have exceeded my expectations. Based on the build quality, stitch quality, ease of use, and outstanding customer support, I would absolutely recommend the Poolin EOM 15 to anyone considering a multi-needle embroidery machine. I'll update this review after I've completed more production work and have had the opportunity to put the machine through a wider variety of real-world projects.

Upgraded from my one needle S9, and I am so happy that I did! This is a great machine at a great price. Shipping was great I received my machine a week early! I was afraid it would be a learning curve coming from a Janome but it is very beginner friendly. If you run into trouble you can always message Kevin on the Poolin help group on facebook. He helped me get my tension just right, and gave me the information to add mighty hoops to my machine. What an overall great experience so far!!

Im going to start off with the biggest problem I had the threading and tension process really PMO. I wasted a lot of thread trying to dial in the tension with new brotherhood 500M thread. It had zero issues with the richword though. After that dilemma, I was finally able to get to stitching. Coming from a flatbed Brother SE 700, This is a game changer. The jump stitches cutting themselves is a great perk. The stitching is a lot cleaner compared to the flatbed also. The speed is significantly faster, however, I have nothing to compare it to as far as multi needle, because my flatbed was only 1 needle. It’s nice there is technician correspondence however the hour availability for eastern time zone are very weird hours. Most people might not have an issue. I’m just very impatient and my business loses out when I have to wait to fix an issue. Additionally , I rate this machine a 4/5 for beginner friendliness. If you have touched an embroidery machine before, you’re in a good spot if, definitely watch the videos multiple times first.

If you’re on the fence about getting a multi needle embroidery machine, don’t hesitate to buy this one. I have a seven needle machine that I thought was pretty good but was frustrating because it kept giving me issues. Plus it did not have the round cap driver/hoop system.I was so excited to get this machine and after watching many videos from PooLin, I was ready when this machine arrived.There is a slight learning curve for the set up of the machine in the software but nothing that is difficult to master. I am in my 60’s so if I can figure it out, you can too.I performed the first test stitch already programmed into the InStitch Cloud and I knew right away the machine was going to be great once it was finished.After the test I sewed out a digitized design I had from the other machine and it looked absolutely amazing. Even compared to the other machine.The support received from the PooLin family of techs and engineers is amazing. It was one of the reasons this machine was even considered and I am not disappointed. Anytime I have questions about the machine or embroidering on it, the support team is always there to answer my questions and help me get the machine set up if I need to do any changes.I highly recommend this machine to anyone, beginner to well seasoned embroidery machine users. It’s well worth the investment and will help keep your anxiety level well under control lol.

Shipping was great. Set up was easy and customer service was perfect.

This is my honest review of the Poolin EOM. First off the price point, purchase and shipping was excellent! The machine arrived three days early. When I opened the box, everything was packaged well. The machine was missing the screws for the stand. I was able to purchase some at my local hardware store. Once I got the machine up and running, I soon realized it was missing the correct bar for the arms and I could only use the small hoops. After reaching out to my rep, he immediately shipped me the correct bar, which came about a week later. The only downside so far with this machine is the stand is short. As far as running and quality of the stitch, it is EXCELLENT! Tension was perfect! It runs smooth and quiet! I have 2 SWF machines and this one is so much quieter! I have stitched about 50 hats with ease. Like with any new machine there is a learning curve, but in no time it’s easy to figure out. Support has been excellent! So if you’re on the fence about buying this machine, just do it!!

The delivery was fast. I received it in 4 days. The machine was very well packed in a wooden crate. The machine is ready to go with thread so watch the video when adding spools of thread instead of cutting the thread. There is an easier way that I wish I had known. I started with Poolin’s 1 needle machine so this is very different and I am still learning. So far I have been very pleased with this purchase.
