I’ve had a good time with the machine for the week I have had it. It’s made my embroidery so much better by how easy it is to use.

I purchased the E0C07 as an upgrade to my Poolin E0C05 machine that I have had since May of 2024. I started out as someone who had never even seen an embroidery machine wanting to embroider as a hobby to recently retiring and having a lot of fun embroidering full time. So my machine is running an average of 8 + hours per day. I have had the EOCO7 set up and running since 2-3-26. As you can see by the picture, I have given this machine a work out, with putting almost 1.5 million stitches on it and just shy of 90 hours of running time in 10 days.I have completed several t-shirts and sweatshirts, baby Bibs, custom terry cloth adult bibs and multiple custom patches for hats, along with some In the hoop projects. The machine has stitched great and smooth with every project. When I purchased my EOC05 there were not many reviews available and the company was very new. The quality of that machine and the after sales support I have experienced since that original purchase has instilled my confidence in the Poolin Brand (so much so that I also now own 2 of their sewing machines). The support from the Poolin team to answer questions and provide assistance when things are just not running right is top notch and is the best service I have ever received with any other item I have ever purchased, even when the issue is operator error. The Facebook group dedicated to the Poolin machines also is a great resource for design ideas and support when things may not be working out as planned/hoped. All of the information on accessing support is included in the paperwork with the machine. This machine comes with everything that you need to do basic projects - right out of the box. You only need to supply the fabric or item to stitch on. Machine embroidery does have several steps to learn, so a healthy dose of patience is also needed. (I learned that when I got my EOCO5 which made adjusting to this upgrade much easier)The machine comes with a 6 pack of 800 meter thread, in basic colors, multiple replacement needles, a pack of cut away stabilizer made by the parent company Richword. A nice hard sided tool kit that has all the tools needed to maintain the machine (which is great for me as I am really bad about misplacing my machine tools!), an extra bobbin case, bobbin cover, a pack of 25 colored prewound bobbins, tweezers, and scissors, a 3 spool thread stand, extra stand alone expansion table to support the larger hoops and a cover to keep it nice and clean. It also comes with a user manual, handy needle guide and stabilizer guide to help make sure you have the right supplies to complete your projects. There are some translation errors in the manual after contacting support they have advised that they are working to correct those errors. The display screen is large and easy to navigate. There are multiple designs provided on the machine as well as some basic fonts to do simple text designs. Importing purchased designs or designs that you create yourself can be easily done through WIFI using the institch.com site or through using a USB (one is even included with the machine). Simple/basic designs can be created on the machine; however more complex designs are better created in a software program. The machine works with any software program that has the ability to export design files in DST/DSB format to transfer to the machine. Poolin does offer a basic web based software program to create designs for the machine. This program was developed and released after I was already established and knew how to use my current software so I have not used it.I am most excited about the large hoops sizes that are included with the EOCO7. It includes 2 5x5 hoops, a 7.9x7.9 hoop and a huge 7.9x15 hoop. This is a massive size upgrade from my largest hoop on the EOCO5 being 4x9.25 and is one of the biggest reasons for me upgrading.I ordered magnetic hoops that were compatible with the EOCO6 machine as the initial information that was released about this machine is that it is similar to the EOCO6. However the magnetic frames that I ordered do not work due to the changes made in the embroidery hoop attachment to accommodate the 7.9x15 hoop. So that was disappointing! This machine does require you to be very precise with your threading and will throw errors if it is not threaded correctly. Once you are use to threading it, it threads quickly and easily. It does require additional purchases of additional types of stabilizers to ensure successful completion of various projects and additional threads if you want more than the 6 basic colors it comes with. This machine is very large in size and does require about a 3 1/2 foot clearance around the stitch area of the machine when using the 7.9x15 hoop. It also needs to have the additional support from the expansion table. The expansion table is not needed when using the 5x5 hoop or ...
Solid machine with some quirks. The large format capacity is great but the large hoop does flex when tightened hence the loss of a star.
For the largest format, a magnetic metal hoop would be a must, but there aren't any available on the market yet for this large form factor. I'm hoping a Jerome version of a Brewland 7.9x14.2in magnetic hoop will fit, will know tomorrow.
The upper thread threading is a bit difficult as the end cover makes it difficult to see if the tread is seated correctly in the take-up arm. Sometimes the thread seats into the spring metal lever instead of the actual hook of the arm, which isn't visible. I ended up removing the end cover (which is a safety issue running the machine without it) to make threading a lot easier. The constant rethread errors have since stopped. It would have been nice if that cover was hinged instead to allow for easier access to ensure the thread is routed correctly.
The thread from the spool to the first wrap point on the machine needs some extra tension on it. I use an external stand to assist in that to avoid rat nests below the work piece.
The sewing plate needs to be removed on occasion to clean out the bobbin area of lint and any rogue thread cutoffs. The operation manual is missing a maintenance section for such routine tasks, so having experience in other machines is good for taking care of things to keep it running smoothly.
Huge embroidery space & high quality results. I had a Brother PE570 before upgrading to the PooLin EOC07, and there is no difference in the quality of embroidery they can do, however the 200x380mm hoop is a complete game changer for the types of projects I am able to do. I also noticed the auto threader is much easier to use & it can store multiple custom designs at once, which is super convenient. It came with a thread stand, a USB, scissors, some thread, and a bunch of colored pre-wound bobbins, and precut stabilizer too so I barely had to buy anything extra (the stabilizer only fits the 140x140 hoop, but I already had a big roll of it for the larger hoops) I have had to convert my files from PES to DST, but that wasnt any issue since I still had all the SVGs saved on my computer. It does have some designs save onto the machine if you dont want to make your own. If you're looking for a large single needle under 6k, I highly recommend this one!
For the price it is great! I recommend watching youtube videos to get started. Also make sure to oil your machine. Makes a HUGE difference. I’ve done a lot of different projects with it and learned so much that has really improved my results. The type of stabilizer makes a big difference too. Not the best option if your not technically inclined or need a sew shop to maintain the machine as their tech support is through fb messenger and no local shops.

I’m a complete newbie to embroidery, so I don’t really have experience for comparison. That said, I’m a complete newbie to embroidery, and I LOVE this machine! Straight-forward, user-friendly, and when I needed help (after a problem I had caused), I reached out to their tech, Kevin Xu, over Facebook messenger. Wow did that man have patience with me!! He walked me through everything. He used pictures, videos, and so. much. patience. And then he checked up later to make sure it was still running right. Super impressed. As I said, no experience here, but I did a ton of research on machines before I purchased. Everything I read said to buy the biggest field within your budget. Well this one is HUGE. And for a fraction of what you’d get with other brands. Do I know the difference? Nope. Does it matter to me? Also nope. I’m LOVING this machine. It’s been so great. I will say, the one thing I’m struggling with is the InStitch website. Though, admittedly, I haven’t put a lot of energy into it because I just get my daughter to do it for me, hahaha. Bottom line, if you’re on the fence about this DO IT. No regrets!

I love this machine! I will say if you’ve never used an embroidery machine it can get intimidating and a learning curve but I’ve used many different machines so it was easier to understand everything, the customer service is amazing I noticed a slight break on the side of the machine and they are sending out a replacement part for it immediately! The software is so easy to navigate if you watch their YouTube tutorials and if you have ever used cricut design space it’s similar to that as well. So far I love this machine and have had to do very minimal figuring out with everything!

I’ve had my machine just a couple of months totally new to embroidery, but right out of the box I gave it a try without changing any tensions and it stitched great. I have not used it a lot yet but still learning and doing small projects. I’ve had some thread issues but nothing too bad. Overall I am happy with the machine and to continue learning how to embroider like a pro . I love the way the techs have checked to see how the machine is running.

I received my machine quickly after ordering. I unboxed it and got it setup quickly. I have had no problems with it. It's a good machine for the price with all of the hoops and additional items that come with it.
Very sturdy machine. Stitches like a professional multi need machine. I call for some advice on the eoco7 and customer service was fantastic they reply to my every message and answered all my questions about the poolin. I had this poolin for 2 months and I know it well and love it. It fits nice on my table and i got a good sale, amazon day is soon. Very easy from unboxing to setup. I'm on my 5 project and going strong with no problems. I'm very happy with this poolin eoco7 machine.

I’m a beginner at embroidery and still have a lot to learn, but this machine, in my opinion, is extremely user friendly - especially if you have prior knowledge of sewing and sewing machines. Poolin customer support is top tier and always there when you need help, and as eager to see you succeed in your project as you are. Highly recommend!!
