I bought the Poolin EOC02 as my first embroidery machine and it’s been much easier to use than I expected.The stitch quality is clean and consistent, and the machine fits nicely in my home workspace without taking up too much room.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The Poolin EOC 2720 is the newest addition to my sewing room. I have the Poolin EOC05 Embroidery machine and the Poolin EOC565 Sewing machine. The EOC2720 will be replacing a Singer machine and a Bernina Machine that I inherited from my grandma; who was an avid quilter. Both Machines are from the late 70's and early 80's and have been used to create 100's and 100's of quilts. The quality of the Poolin brand and price made the decision to upgrade easy. The stitch library is unbelievable and the larger deck area will make piecing quilts and quilting a breeze! This machine will allow me to complete bigger projects than the 565 and combine sewing with embroidery on so many different levels. The stitch's are consistent and easy to navigate through the menu of the 99 different stitch combinations available.Straight out of the box I was able to make this make-up bag (embroidery design was done on my EOC05) It handled the zipper like a charm and had no issues with going through multiple layers of vinyl/batting/lining to finish the seams. The machine came with the tension set and I have not had to adjust it yet, even going from 2 layers of fabric to completing several layers on the make up bags. The threader is fantastic; no more squinting to try to thread the needle or hunting for my needle threader to be able to start sewing. This machine is so quiet!! Of the 5 sewing machines I own this one won't keep everyone in the house up as I burn the midnight oil trying to finish projects. It runs very smooth and does not vibrate my table like some of my other machines. I really like the push button sewing (very new concept to me for sewing) I won't miss chasing the foot pedal or worrying about my dogs running across it as I am sewing. But like having the option to plug it in and use it. The customer service and follow up from the Poolin team with all 3 of my machines has been top notch. They are very skilled in many different aspects and offer great suggestions to ensure you are getting the most out of your machine.

As someone returning to sewing after many years, the EOC02 was a wonderful choice. The instructions were easy to follow, and I was sewing within an hour. The stitch quality is consistent, and the machine handles cotton and denim with no issues.
I am impressed with how many stitch patterns this machine offers. The automatic needle threader and extension table make sewing much more comfortable. I have used it for hemming jeans, making tote bags, and quilting small projects. It runs smoothly and quietly.
I purchased the Sewing Machine PooLin EOC02 as my first computerized sewing machine, and it has been incredibly easy to use. The LCD screen is clear, threading is simple, and the built-in stitches give me plenty of options for everyday sewing and decorative projects. It worked perfectly right out of the box.
I use the EOC02 almost every day for alterations and DIY projects. The free arm is great for sleeves and pant hems, and the wide table provides extra support for larger pieces. It feels sturdy and very well made.
I bought the EOC02 mainly for quilting, and it has exceeded my expectations. The extension table gives me more room to work, and the machine feeds fabric evenly. It is packed with features at a very reasonable price.
I've been very impressed with Poolin EOCO2 sewing machine.Stitches are even and beautiful! I've already completed 2 quillows with this machine! It went over quilt sandwich with no problem. I did have a issue with using 100% cotton thread but I think I need to change needles or its the thread. I used poly/cotton blend threads with no problem. The only negative is I do wish a walking foot would have been included since this is a quilting featured machine. Custom service was quick and through. I really love the ease and multiple stitches this machine has! My friend suggested this brand to me and I'm happy with the quality! I did purchase the Amazon 3 year warranty with this product.
Terrific sewing machine, is exactly as pictured, lots of features, It even had a piece of material in the tool box where the different types of stitches was tried. It is ready to sew right out of the box. Love it!
I would give this 5 stars if the bobbin opening wasn't plastic. It does work well but can have problems with thicker matierial and light weight seems to slide a bit when sewing. Otherwise it did everything I needed to finish my Christmas gnomes. I will keep it because it's does work well for most all things I do.
This the best sewing machine I’ve used so far. I have used it for a couple of weeks now it’s great. It so easy to setup and and sewing is so smooth with no hiccups. I have a pfaff sewing machine it’s good but it’s a pain to setup and it’s easy to mess up if everything is not perfect. So bought this to try something different. It’s been great and for the price it’s great buy.
