Poolin strikes again ! I bought the E06 originally and a few months into it took the plunge and bought a 15 needle and I couldn't be more happy with it ! Almost went with another brand but ultimately there's no match with poolins customer service. Mr. Leo Wang has been nothing but the best for any help I've needed and is always making sure my machine is running great. Wouldn't even think of another brand just for this reason!

Very happy with our purchase so far! Customer service has been amazing and the machine is running smoothly! We have had fun experimenting making different projects and they have all stitched out beautifully. The ease of embroidering a hat is definitely a plus but the machine also has done sweatshirts and Tshirts as well!

Everything arrived in tact. Poolin has their own you tube channel that provides numerous videos to help you get started. And then Facebook also has a support page where they get back to you almost immediately. A great experience.

The machine is great! Having a paper manual would be really helpful but they have great YouTube videos for support.

absolutely love this machine. Took me about 1 hour to set it all up and run a test run. Test run needed just a few adjustments and worked perfectly ever since. Have not had time to use it for hats yet but very easy to change out embroider hats. 10/10 would buy again.

The automatic needle changes make a huge difference when working on logos with multiple colors. Saves a lot of time every day.
