PooLin EOX Commercial Flagship Embroidery Machine – 15 Needles, Large 350mm×500mm Embroidery Area

Received my PooLin & BAI Mirror exactly a week ago today. Definitely very heavy and needs a few people to get it up on the stand but once we got it up, it was a go. Packaged very well! So far it's Great! Exactly what I expected and what I was looking for. Not gonna lie I was very nervous day first. This machine was an upgrade for me so I have done a few projects so far, but I am still learning and excited to see all the things that it can do. My representative, Luke Ren, has been fantastic helping me with set up and answering all my questions very quickly. So far so good I love it!

Item was delivered within 10 days. It is amazing! I have never embroidered before this and there is a definite learning curve. Buuuut!... support has been fantastic and I am in love with all I have been able to make.

Oh my gosh what a bargain this machine is. I have been in the market to replace my old flat bed Embroidery Machine and wanted something I could more easily do clothing and hats which you can't do very well on a flat bed machine. I was finding used machines for a little less than this new machine. This Machine provides so many additional extra supplies, the 15 needles, open free arm features I was looking at an amazing price. It is super heavy weight so it will take 2-3 people to get it moved where you want, (We used a Garden Cart or you can use a 4 wheel dolly to make it easier to roll into the space you want) It comes with a great tool kit, 54 spools of thread, sample stabilizers of different kinds, two sets of T-shirt Hoops, and two sets of hat hoops included, it comes with it's own stand and everything you need to get started. Machines of this caliber would be double the cost at a dealer. The crate it was shipped in was also very well packed and a solid wood shipping container. I have still been learning the machine but have stitched out a couple items as practice. There was no installation manual to put it together but it was pretty straight forward, the book it comes with explains how to embroider items but it does not show how to hoop your items, or installation of the hat hoop or t-shirt hoops. However, youtube has a sight BAI Embroidery Machine with several instructional video's. This is perfect because I am more a visual learner and you can watch, pause and replay, from threading the machine, hooping hats and t-shirts (I spent an hr trying to hoop a hat fighting it until I finally watched the video to find there is an adjustment piece that had to be set and once I saw the video and adjusted the piece it fit easily, care and maintenance of the machine (you must oil it to maintain it - make sure to watch that video) When the machine came it did have two broken needles that probably occured during shipping I learned the hard way to change the needle do not remove the screw all the way (it only has two/three threads) the entire thing pops apart and it is extremely difficult to put the gasket and needle bar back together, a video shows to barely loosen the screw and get something to kind of shift and pull the needle out as it doesn't fall out freely. Their youtube videos walk you through a lot of useful information. So far I am extremely happy with this purchase.

I received my machine on May 15 and I cannot be any happier. This decision was a no brainer for me. I had owned a Poolin flatbed machine prior to acquire this multineedle. The reason I decided to keep with Poolin brand is because the support from the engineers is endless. They are always checking on you even after sales. Kevin Xu messages me once a week to check in and make sure everything is running smooth and making sure I have the latest version of the operating system. The whole process of acquiring this machine was really seamless. Wayne Geng was really helpful with the purchase. Communication is top notch even though they are in a total different time zone. I cannot be any happier about this machine. The stitch quality is amazing!! This machine is a beast!! It handles hats so well even the super structured ones. I have included a video and few photos of designs I have stitched. The highland cow was the very second design I stitched on my Poolin EOX without even doing a tension test which is recommended to ensure flawless stitching. This machine is a total workhorse! I'm able to complete my orders faster and with much better quality plus I can now do hats and that has expanded my small business a great deal. The machine comes pre-threaded and that is a huge bonus!!! Everything you see on the listing photos you get. Poolin really sets you up for success with their machines and their starter supplies. You get everything you need to start stitching. My small business keeps growing every day thanks to the flawless operation of this machine. Very good quality and customer service is awsome ! I recommand this machine for indrustrial word it make beatiful embroidery.Very easy to understand and set up!

I run small-batch orders and needed something that could handle back-to-back jobs. The EOX runs smoothly and the stitch quality stays consistent. Once I dialed in tension and stabilizer choices, it became my daily driver for patches and apparel.

Best purchase I’ve made on Amazon, this machine will pay for itself.I was totally new to multi-needle embroidery, and was about to get the Ricoma but thank god I got this one who has so many better features, and the most important the customer support is unreal. They have an engineer WhatsApp group they set up ONLY FOR YOU helping you day and night, it honestly feels like VIP treatment.I truly fell in love with the people behind this brand. They treat you like family and help you through any question, no matter how small or crazy or dumb. Their YouTube tutorials are also incredibly detailed and easy to follow.The machine is high-quality, durable, and packed with accessories. Switching from 1 needle to 15 is much easier than expected, and using DST files is simple with ther free software Instich.And just to be clear I’m not paid for this review. This is 100% genuine. Let me just say that I am so happy with this purchase. There are many things that I need to address so humor me.1. Be mindful that this machine is heavy. You will need at least 2 or more very strong individuals to lift and move this machine.2. Measure your doorway. It is wide and may require you to take your doors off the hinges.3. This machine is a thing of beauty and very intimidating if this is your first commercial embroidery machine. I cried and my anxiety escalated to a 10.4. There will be a learning curve. Don't let it scare you. Embrace the challenge and it will pay off.5. There is help out there. Although there is a time difference, Leo and Ren were the best. They responded quickly and guided me through all of my challenges with set up, tension testing, needle problems and everything else I messed up.6. And finally, once you overcome all of the initial anxieties with set up and first stitch out, you will be very happy with this product. It stitches so nice and smooth. I want to make all of the things that I had so much trouble with when using my flatbed machine.I would absolutely recommend this machine for the cost and functionality it is well worth the purchase

Machine arrived fast, customer service was great! Chris was incredibly helpful from putting the machine together to helping me with software updates. Very patient and nice, he helped me with the first steps and familiarize with the machine. Plenty of videos to get you started. Very happy with the purchase and looking forward to this embroidery journey!!

I am just learning how to embroidery and this was a big move for me. While there is a learning curve - if you are familiar with a sewing machine - you can soon get the hang of it. The couple of times I've gotten stuck I just reached out to PooLin x BAI and they were quick to respond. In addition, there are lots of helpful YouTube videos as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this.

Love the machine, this is my first multi needle and Leo has helped me every step of the way! Can't recommend him more!
