I received my machine quickly after ordering. I unboxed it and got it setup quickly. I have had no problems with it. It's a good machine for the price with all of the hoops and additional items that come with it.

I am very pleased with my EOM. This is my first machine and I am already turning out consistently beautiful products. Troubleshooting is relatively simple. Poolin customer service is wonderful abd very quick to respond to any questions. This machine is a good choice for beginner and experienced alike.
