I had asked if this was crochetable thread before I bought this and was told that it was. This is not. It's like sewing thread and way too thin to crochet with. I need to return it.
I ordered my item on 6/7/26 and getting the item to me was stressful. I emailed customer service at poolin 3 times. 0n 6/22, I received a response saying it was out for delivery. The tracking said it is in Houston,TX, i live in South Louisiana closer to Mississippi. I’m very frustrated.
I finally received it today and the customer service was terrible. I would never order directly from them again.
I have uses ut yet, but I love the fact that the delivery was very quick. And their presalwa and paint sales support has been outstanding this far!
I just had a chance to use them and I'm very impressed with the quality. They are wound really well and very little waste when my machine tells me that the bobbin is low. Also, very little lint. I will be re-ordering when needing again.
